Every guest aged 16 and older must possess a valid New York State fishing license for fishing charters, or a valid NYS hunting license with a HIP registration number and duck stamp for waterfowl trips. Licenses must be purchased online from the NYS DEC prior to arriving at the marina or meeting location. 3.
